I have shot everything from small apartments through to large, €10 million villas on a private mountainside estate. In the UK, I shoot flats, houses, guesthouses, B & B's, hotels and businesses.

Either way, it is important to keep your online images up to date. Having owned a guesthouse ourselves, we know how some clients can be if everything isn't "as it should be". I like to create images that show off the property to its fullest potential whilst highlighting the "niche" or unique aspects.

Making sure I capture all the little touches that mean a lot is as important as the eye-catching aerial photos. It all helps to "sell" the property or business to potential clients. Of course, I work closely with all owners to ensure I am getting everything you need from all angles.

Property and Home Photography

Whether you have a house or home you are selling or a property that is being rented, good images are essential. As a customer, the thing that grabs my attention more making me want to explore further are the photos. Whether we are looking for holiday accommodation, a hotel or somewhere to stay for the weekend, the images that "pop" are the ones we look at first.

I am happy to photograph any property of any size from studio apartments through to large, luxury mansions. It is usually recommended that the owner, tenants, agents or clients are present when I am working. However, there are many occasions where this isn't possible so I am more than happy to work alone. That is especially so for the larger properties that can take a while to photograph.

Aerial Property Photography

Do you own a home or rental property in a stunning location? Aerial photos truly make the property stand out and emphasise the beautiful surroundings. This can obviously help with a sale or to attract tenants to get in touch. All relevant safety checks and risk assessments are made prior to any drone flight. We also liaise with any local airports or smaller airfields to ensure a safe and efficient flight.

Both myself and the UAV (drone) are fully insured with relevant qualifications and permissions from the Civil Aviation Authority. Safety first, stunning aerial images second.

Business Premises

I have, on occasion, been asked to shoot business premises including other media companies. Having a set of professional, corporate shots of your business helps portray your image in all correspondence. Whether they are used for in-house publications, advertising, marketing or editorials, it's worth having a library of "stock" images for reference at any time.

Video Services for Your Property

As well as photographing properties, I can also create promotional property videos for you. Once again, using the drone and ground cameras, I offer a full service in 1080 HD or full 4K video. Your property will be filmed inside and out as well as from the air if possible. I will also add local areas of interest finished off with some tasteful, royalty free music to help set the scene.

In the first instance, I would recommend that we meet perhaps at the property to discuss what is needed. The pricing will depend on a few factors such as size and number of rooms and location. It will also help for me to do any risk assessments and surveys for flying the drone if required. Pricing can be quite bespoke for each shoot but see below for a starting point.

As well as the above, I can also offer roof inspections that are way cheaper than the standard scaffolding and manpower normally required. I have also shot aerial images of a 3,000 acre farm to establish problematic areas of concern. The most interesting aerial property shoot was an inspection of a dangerous, burned out mansion too unstable for human entry.

I have also shot and filmed inside the Tate Modern Art Gallery in London, cave interiors in Spain and the odd monastery. Of course, these shoots are bespoke and priced accordingly so please get in touch.

Turnaround

For standard photography and aerials, all images will normally be provided within 48 hours. Sometimes sooner if deadlines are tight for you. I normally upload the full resolution images to DropBox for immediate download. Larger properties or video shoots can take longer and depend on what is required.
