I recently had the pleasure of doing the serviced accommodation photography of four properties for the lovely people at Linkbay Properties.

About Linkbay Properties
Linkbay Properties is owned and run by two talented property developers based in Bournemouth. They bought this large, run down building near the Esplanade in Weymouth and converted it into four stylish serviced accommodation units.

The attention to detail and impeccable quality made my job photographing these apartments that much easier. And enjoyable. However, these rental units weren't always like this.
I was even more impressed when I saw the "before" photos when they originally bought the building. The building was bought just before Covid hit which put a delay on finishing this Weymouth holiday accommodation due to the uncertainty.
However, all four units are finished and ready for summer 2022 in Weymouth.

All four units share a large garden to the rear that has a Jacuzzi and large gazebo with covered seating, small shed and barbeque. Perfect for a lazy summer evening (or seven) in beautiful Weymouth.
